Gibson Property Corporation Pty Ltd (GPC) was established by John Gibson in 1972.
A member of the family that founded the AE Gibson Real Estate Company founded in 1882, John comes from a long line of property experts and has over 40 years personal experience in the industry.
GPC specialises in delivering high quality, award winning residential, industrial, commercial and retail precincts. Key projects include the residential ‘Waterstone Hill’ and ‘Whispering Hills’ developments at South Morang; ‘The Hub’ commercial and industrial precinct in South Morang; and a range of offices and warehouses located in Tullamarine.
In 1995, GPC joined with MAB Corporation in the purchase of the former Maygar Army Barracks at Broadmeadows and developed the innovative, 83 hectare Northcorp Industrial Park.
To date, some of Australia's leading companies have joined Northcorp's success, including supermarket giant Safeway, transport and distribution group Neway, and rubber manufacturer Ormiston Rubber.
The partnership between GPC and MAB Corporation continues to prosper with the recent purchase of the Merrifield Corporation land at Mickleham.
