The Gibson name has been synonymous with property in Melbourne since 1882 when Albert E. Gibson opened a real estate business in the northern suburbs. Operating since 1972 John Gibson has followed in the family history with his company, Gibson Property Corporation (GPC).
John has now been joined by his son, Charles, to continue the development of award winning residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

In a joint venture with MAB Corporation, GPC have now embarked on their largest and most visionary development to date, Merrifield - a new city for Melbourne. Comprising in excess of 1,000 hectares located on the Hume Highway in Mickleham, Merrifield will support the long-term economic future of businesses and the growing residential community within Melbourne's northern region.
GPC is currently working on several multi-million dollar residential and mixed-use projects and is also planning to embark on a number of smaller to medium residential projects in Melbourne's northern suburbs to be completed over the next 3 to 5 years.
With project lifecycles often running across decades, longevity in the industry can only be achieved through hard work, solid partnerships, detailed planning, calculated risks and strong financial management.
