The site team have geared up for the final push to the finish-line for Townhomes G47 – 56. Private landscaping is nearing completion and appliances installed in anticipation of valuer inspections which are due to take place over the coming weeks. With title registration due to occur in June, we can expect to see the first residents move in by the end of July!

The ground slab has been prepped and will be ready to pour by the end of the month (Townhomes G22 – 27). Timber frames will be delivered in early June with the aim of completing structural works by the end of the month.

The balance of Townhomes are now in the final stages of being wrapped and flashed, meaning that they should all be watertight within the fortnight. Kitchen and bathroom joinery is being installed and bathroom fittings have now been delivered to site. At this stage we are targeting completion by the end of August.

We have also now begun construction to the commercial building which adjoins the central piazza. We are currently seeking tenants to occupy this fantastic space. Click the button below to register for more information.

APARTMENTS

The site is still abuzz with workers! The apartment building is coming along nicely with elevators currently being installed.

With the finished installation of all the glazing the building is really taking shape and sitting well amidst its surrounds.


 

 

 

 

 

 

TOWN HOMES

The Town Homes are coming along nicely. Landscaping is underway and the sense of space and interaction between the buildings is exciting to see.

Upon inspection many of the Townhouses on the reserve are set to have fantastic afternoon sun, and those that aren’t have an enviable aspect for the morning sun!
